Our gluten-freepasta is made using a blend of corn and rice, and has been developed to offer a taste and texture comparable to traditional pasta. However, we are not limited to original gluten-free pasta can create specialpasta using a variety of the highest quality ingredients, such as spices, herbs, and legumes.
In addition, all the flours and ingredients we use can be conventional or organic, depending on the client’s preference. We care about the quality of the ingredients we use, which is why we make sure to use only the highest quality ingredients.
