The simple answer is our line Qualità ProTop, which we created to promote a concept of nutrition that is increasingly oriented to the general well-being of people, for all tastes. We define this line as functional gluten-free pasta because it is rich in products that use various ingredients known for their well-being functions. In fact, we have chosen to combine functional ingredients that, in addition to their basic nutritional properties, also have the ability to positively influence one or more physiological functions. The natural ingredients of this line were selected considering the natural properties of each one and obviously thinking about the right combinations in taste. We have considered blends of elements of the Mediterranean culinary tradition. This functional gluten-free pasta truly responds to everyone's different tastes and needs.

RED LENTILS

Red lentils which, in addition to providing a high content of protein, iron and fibres, are very low-fat and totally cholesterol-free.

FLAXSEED

One of the richest sources of Omega 3, with many beneficial and nutritional properties that help strengthening our immune system.

QUINOA

A low-calorie and low glycemic food, with high biological value proteins. Useful for heart and muscles, it is called a superfood.

Nera Integrale

Very rich in fibres, which help maintain a stable level of blood sugar (glycemic index), this pasta gives a sense of fullness that lasts a long time, thanks to the flours of:

WHOLE BUCKWHEAT

Rich in minerals (especially magnesium) and fibres, it contains the 8 essential amino acids in an optimal proportion.

BLACK (VENERE) RICE

Which represents a good source of iron and fibres as well as of antioxidants in quantities even higher than blueberries.

A delicate, nourishing and regularising pasta, which allows you to feel light but full of energy thanks to the properties of the used flours:

BROWN RICE

A polyfunctional cereal, which is useful in case of constipation, suitable for those suffering from diabetes and during controlled diets (due to its low glycemic index), rich of antioxidant properties and configured as a protector of the colon.

OAT

A source of slowly digested carbohydrate that provides energy to our body in the long term. As a food rich in beta-glucans, it contributes to the maintenance of normal levels of blood cholesterol. The beneficial effect is obtained with 3g daily of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley or barley bran. One portion of pasta Libera (= 100 g), contains 1.08g of beta-glucans.
