Organic Corn and Rice Pasta
You will discover a pasta with a strong flavour and an extra-porous surface that allows any sauce to be held and absorbed.
It is a source of folate, necessary for the production and maintenance of new cells and it is particularly important in childhood and pregnancy.
Rice, on the other hand, turns out to be a mine of minerals: in fact, it is rich in potassium (supports the regulation of the heart rhythm) and selenium (helps to strengthen the immune system and to increase the production of antibodies).
