Thanks to the experience and knowledge gained in thirty years of experience combined with our desire to experiment every day by developing new blends, you can customise the gluten-free pasta we create for your brand. All of these blends can be produced with the addition of dried, natural gluten-free ingredients such as radicchio, mushrooms or thyme and sage. The flours and ingredients we use can be conventional or organic. We are also able to offer an appropriate packaging for restaurants containing 4 kg of short or long pasta.
