Quinoa is a pseudocereal native to South America.

Compared to most grains, it contains more protein, calcium, phosphorus and iron and all 9 essential amino acids for the body.

It is naturally gluten-free and has a distinctive taste and aroma that find the perfect fit with the neutrality of rice.

70% organic rice flour, 30% organic quinoa flour
