Organic red lentil pasta

Red lentils are an excellent source of vegetable proteins. They can be combined with any type of sauces, especially if they are vegetable.

With a delicate taste they are easier to digest than whole lentils. They are an important source of iron, amino acids, vitamins and proteins. They are low in fat, rich in fibres and contain omega 3.
