Organic and conventional pea paste

The great nutritional qualities of peas meet pasta and combine qualities typical of legumes and gluten-free. Notoriously, peas are rich in protein, fiber and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus and magnesium and contain vitamins A, B and C. Due to a low starch content, this pasta boasts good digestibility.
